Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house overlooking the pool and with sea view from the solarium. Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer.
Large air conitioned lounge/diner table and chairs, dresser, sat TV, DVD and video players and music centre, coffee tables, lamp and rug. Selection of DVD's, videos, CD's and games supplied.
Downstair shower room and downstair twin bedded room. On the first floor there is a bathroom, large master bedroom with King size bed and air con, 2nd twin bedded room. Two folding single beds can be used either in the lounge or in the bedroom of your choice. Furnished balcony off master bedroom.
Large furnished solarium accessed from internal staircase.
Outside terraces overlook the communal pool and garden. Terraces furnished. 2 BBQ's.
House furnished to high standard. All rooms have ceiling fans, free standing fans and heaters.
